Zoya Truth Collection for Fall 2009

Good morning, Dear Reader!

I jusy finished swatching Zoya's Truth Collection for Fall 2009 for you. Unfortunately, I have to ask you to pardon my crapplication on some of them - coffee and nail polish don't mix well! Despite the crapplication, you can see the colors, so I thought I'd show you the pictures anyhow.

All six of these are shimmers, and all are three coats over a base. One quick note about both Truth and Dare - something seems to have happened to Zoya's brushes, and they're not all the same. Some are a little wonky. I thought it was just me, then had that perception confirmed. Pretty colors though!

I'll start out with the orange-y ones. Penny is a copper shimmer.

Kalmia is a coppery orange-red shimmer.

Salma is a vivid, slightly orange red shimmer.

Now for the non-orange shades... Drew is a shimmery mauve.

I really like Anaka. It's a fuchsia purple with sparkly bits as well as shimmer.

My favorite is Isla, a vivid yet slightly blackened red shimmer.
